The 7th AGTC will take place for the very first time in the Philippines with the Convention being staged in Manila from 22-25 April 2018. AGTC is without doubt the premier golf travel event in the Asia Pacific region attracting golf travel suppliers from every golf destination in the Asia Pacific. AGTC combines 12 hours of one:one meetings between buyers and sellers with great networking opportunities including the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, Business Lunches and Golf Tournament. So with over 4000 meetings taking place between some 600 delegates from 37 countries including an expected 220 buyers from around the world all selling golf vacations to Asia Pacific destinations, AGTC in Manila is going to a tremendous event. Tour operators will visit the three main golf destinations: Tagaytay Highlands, Clark-Angeles City and Boracay Island. They will also experience golf in metro Manila itself at the iconic Southwoods and Wack Wack golf clubs during the AGTC Golf Tournament, which will follow two days of meetings between seller companies and organisations across Asia - including destination tourist boards, golf resorts, golf clubs, hotels, transportation companies and other golf tourism service providers – and the golf tour operator buyers. Most courses in the Philippines are located south of Manila. The Tagaytay Highlands lie at the heart of this region, a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.
